Job Description

Dzinga is looking for a bright, curious, and driven individual Team Leader Marketing in the UK to help us meet our ambitious growth objectives in the cloud communications industry. We are looking for a charismatic and motivational high-potential who can help take our business to the next level. The role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base. You will work within a fast paced, exciting, and dynamic environment and make sure the marketing plans get executed within time and budget to achieve the goals of brand development and awareness, lead generation and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

    • Experience in B2B;
    • Responsible for all online and offline marketing activities with a clear focus on generating more leads;
    • Plan, build, manage, optimise and report on online marketing campaigns by using our online CRM system (SalesForce);
    • Implement best practices for digital marketing, including: analytics, SEM, SEO, SEA, display, remarketing, email marketing, social media marketing and content marketing;
    • Plan / create appealing content both online and offline (blogposts, white papers, data sheets, brochures);
    • Organise participation of industry events including contract negotiations, booth design, planning;
    • Organise webinars;
    • Social Media Management from daily tweets to best performing social ad campaigns;
    • Weekly reporting of all marketing activities, goals and KPIs;
    • Work closely with the senior management team to communicate marketing; strategies and incorporate sales feedback into campaign planning;


    • Higher education degree - marketing, sales, maths;
    • Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans;
    • Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity;
    • Proven communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of employees;
    • Passion for Google's Products and knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape;
    • Fluency in written and spoken English.
