Job Description

Dzinga is looking for a bright, curious, and driven Sales Team Leader in Latvia to help us meet our ambitious growth objectives in the cloud communications industry. The Leader will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Our fast-paced, energetic environment provides opportunities for huge growth potential! Job Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree;
    • Experience in B2B technology SaaS, UC, UCaaS, CPaaS sales;
    • Understanding VOIP, ICT technologies;
    • Experience leading a sales or sales development team;
    • Passion for sales and solution selling, inspiring leadership and teambuilding presence;
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products;
    • A love for the start-up environment, an entrepreneurial mind-set

Key Responsibilities

    • Hiring, leading, training and ongoing coaching of a successful team inside sales professionals;
    • Develop, motivate, and retain top performers;
    • Effectively lead your Sales Team to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual goals. You will be accountable for the performance of 2-3 inside sales professionals;
    • Manage sales activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM to exceed your goals;
    • Attain over achievement of team goals;
    • Engage your team with daily huddles, interactive meetings, and challenges;
    • Maintain accurate and on-time forecast reporting;
    • Partner with Sales leaders and Marketing to keep a pulse on the market and strategize new ideas;
