Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to help devise, plan and lead high impact organic search strategies on behalf of our national, international and global ambitions - fulfilling agreed objectives, delivering against KPIs and providing excellent ROI.

The Senior SEO Specialist will drive Search Engine Optimization strategy, tactics, and overall online success for the company. Day-to-day execution and maintenance of SEO strategies, including keyword research, analysis, portfolio management, and opportunity analysis in Europe countries. Work closely with the campaign team and development team, as well as implement the initiatives underlying the SEO strategy. The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing reporting of performance and evolution of the SEO strategy to achieve KPI's determined by the Company.

Key Responsibilities

Prior experience in B2B;
Set and execute strategies to improve the organic rankings and search traffic in several countries of Europe;
Onsite Optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO Copy Editing, sitemaps review/maintenance;
Keyword research to identify and discover new targeting keywords and explore content strategy;
Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary;
Manage & report SEO performance and optimization efforts on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis;
Work with a team to develop and execute site migration, content, and redirect strategies for the website;
Collaborate with different teams, such as website management, web analytics, business intelligence, content, UI design, branding/PR and engineering team on execution of projects;

Qualifications

2+ years technical SEO experience and an eagerness to learn;
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console tools, Google tag manager;
Experience working with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Moz;
Understanding of HTML and CSS;
Experience creating strategy or resolving SEO issues in a JavaScript;
Bringing innovation and progressive thinking to organic search campaigns : optimising for voice, guidance around implementation of Accelerated Mobile Pages, integration with UX and CRO;
Expert-level delivery of key SEO activities and tactics including: technical SEO audits of websites/assets, on-page content audits, keyword discovery and opportunity analysis, competition & landscape research, SWOT analysis, mSEO, internationalisation, offsite SEO and authority building/link earning, data-led insights & reporting;
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business or other related field preferred;
Good knowledge of English and Russian;
