Job Description

Dzinga is looking for a social media manager to join the team at their headquarters in Riga.

Job Requirements

    • The ability to use social media for traffic and lead generation;
    • Knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience;
    • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing;
    • A working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics;
    • Excellent writing and language skills;
    • A working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn advertising platforms;
    • Good technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quickly;
    • Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects;
    • Native or full working proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities

    • Create and execute social media strategy. Set specific objectives, aligned with business goals;
    • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers;
    • Manage company’s presence in social media. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written);
    • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns;
    • Open a stream for cross-promotions, develop and expand influencer outreach efforts;
    • Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.);
    • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review;
    • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate;
    • Plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets;
    • Oversee DZINGA’s multi-language social media activities across EU;
    • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI);
    • Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns;
