Job Description

We’re looking for a highly experienced B2B Paid Traffic Specialist to help us achieve the inbound marketing objectives, behalf of our national, international and global online ambitions - fulfilling agreed objectives, delivering against KPIs and providing excellent ROI. This role will encompass operating and executing on all paid platforms such as Google PPC / Retargeting / Display, Double Click, paid Social Media platforms, and any other platform experience you can bring to the Company to help us generate quality traffic.

Key Responsibilities

    • Work with the Inbound Marketing channel to generate a high volume of targeted paid traffic campaigns;
    • Ensure that you are meeting KPI’s which for this activity there will be three: cost of traffic, quality of traffic, engagement of traffic (measured by the time a visitor spends on the page);
    • Ensure the reporting of the above KPI’s is transparent across our team and business;
    • Consistently generating new ideas to generate traffic. To do this you will split your time so that you can test a pipeline of new ideas to find value;
    • You will help us focus on our goals: generating leads from existing or new clients, generating sales online, doing things quickly;


    • You will be a total paid traffic specialist;
    • Experience in another B2B paid traffic generation role not within financial services experience. You should be able to demonstrate your experience running successful paid traffic generation campaigns;
    • Proven strategies to measure traffic quality (for example is this traffic from a business I can sell our products too?)
    • High-level experience and expertise at setting up and managing campaigns as well as platform operating experience using the following (at a minimum): Google PPC platform, Google Double Click, Paid Social Media platforms, any other platform experiences you can bring to the table would be a massive advantage;
    • Highly proficient at using quantitative methods to measure your activity;
    • Experience using Google Analytics or conversion code to measure the goals of paid traffic on our website;
    • The ability to start a paid traffic programme from beginning right through to execution;
    • A solid understanding of inbound marketing methodology;
    • A solid understanding on how Marketing Automation / Lead scoring is used by inbound marketing teams to generate leads;
    • You will be able to demonstrate that you are progressive in your approach to generating traffic;
    • Try to be proactive;
    • Good knowledge of English and Russian.
