Job Description

Dzinga is looking for a bright, curious, and driven individual Sales Executive in Latvia to help us meet our ambitious growth objectives in the cloud communications industry. We are looking for a charismatic and motivational high-potential who can help take our business to the next level. The role will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base. You will work within a fast paced, exciting, and dynamic environment and make sure the marketing plans get executed within time and budget to achieve the goals of brand development and awareness, lead generation and customer success.

Job Requirements

    • Dutch speaking;
    • Understanding of technology (VOIP, ICT), SaaS, UC, UCaaS, CPaaS;
    • Experience in B2B sales;
    • Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity;
    • Proven communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of employees;
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;
    • Knowledge of MS Office;
    • Fluency in written and spoken latvian, english.

Key Responsibilities

    • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
    • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services;
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
    • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
